Mod. 40

Our Mod. 40 S Cleaner automatically cleans the sides and faces of panels and planks up to a thickness of 3.2 cm. Equipped with two crumbling and dragging rollers, eleven scrapers and two fixed brushes, it exercises a strong action to remove impurities.
It is oiled by an electric pump with pressurised disarming product jets, simultaneously washing and cleaning the panels.
At the exit, two sheets of neoprene contain the excess disarming product optimising the operation and consequently reducing waste to a minimum. The disarming product tank for recovery of the solution is easy to tip.
The Mod. 40 cleaner comes complete as standard with pneumatic wheels, a hitch for towing and an eyebolt for lifting.
The machine is equipped with all the necessary electric and mechanical safety devices in conformity to the regulations of the European Union.

• The machine is available by request in a monophase version (220 – 1.1 KW)

Performance:

Possibility to work with planks with widths from 8 cm to 20 cm and thickness varying from 2 to 3.2 cm ,and with 50 cm wide panels with max. thickness of 3.2 cm.
